Dear Tulane Community:
To better serve all Tulane Community members who participate in our ongoing surveillance testing program, Campus Health has created a new landing page for our Patient Portal that will provide access to all members of our community, regardless of whether you have a tulane.edu email address or not. This new landing page will launch on Monday, April 5.
To utilize the new patient portal, please follow these steps:
- Visit the Patient Portal page
- Once you are there, select one of the options below:
- I have a tulane.edu email address
- I do not have a tulane.edu email address
Users who HAVE a Tulane.edu email address will simply login with their Tulane credentials.
Users who DO NOT HAVE a tulane.edu address will have two options – login or create an account.
All first-time users of the portal MUST create an account. After a new user creates their account, they can continue to access the Campus Health Patient Portal for their health information. Simply login with the username and password you created to access your health information. For more detailed instructions on how to access the Patient Portal as a first-time user, please click the button below.
Please continue to use the portal to access your on-campus COVID-19 test results, and upload any COVID-19 Vaccination Records from a non-Tulane facility. If you have any questions please contact Campus Health at email@example.com.
