Daily COVID Testing Requirement for All Members of Alpha Epsilon Phi

January 29, 2021

Dear Members of Alpha Epsilon Phi,

We are reaching out in concern and care for you. This morning the university made a decision to require daily COVID testing for all members of your sorority based on virus prevalence in chapter members over the last 72 hours. We obviously want to keep all of our Tulane students safe and respond appropriately when we believe daily testing is best for both your personal and our communities' health.

You should plan on scheduling tests at the Tulane Uptown testing center today, Saturday, and Sunday. We will monitor COVID prevalence and make a decision on Monday whether to continue daily testing of the members of your chapter. You should have all received a test request yesterday or this morning; more will be forthcoming to allow you to schedule your daily tests.

As University communications have emphasized in the last 48 hours, you should be limiting your daily activities and taking all due precautions for the next two weeks.

If you have questions about testing protocols and scheduling tests, contact CHTestResults@tulane.edu. If you have questions related to your specific chapter, contact the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Programs at greek@tulane.edu.
