Dear Tulane Employees,
All Tulane employees – including those who are working remotely – are required to complete a return-to-campus test and participate in ongoing surveillance testing throughout the spring semester. If you haven’t already, schedule your test immediately.
You should have received an email on Dec. 18 with scheduling instructions and your personalized QR code, or you can schedule through the Tulane Patient Portal.
If you have any questions or you need an additional code, email CHTestResults@tulane.edu.
To further protect our community, we are increasing the frequency of employee testing for the spring semester. Following return testing, employees will be tested every other week (twice per month). Schedule your test immediately after receiving the email notice from lablynx to maintain this schedule going forward.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please refer to the following guidelines:
Employees who tested positive for COVID-19 prior to Oct. 1, 2020
Employees who tested positive for COVID-19 on or after Oct. 1, 2020
Everyone in Louisiana will have the opportunity to get vaccinated. The Louisiana Department of Health is following prioritization guidance from the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). Per this federal guidance, the first round of vaccines in Louisiana is being given to frontline healthcare personnel in hospitals and residents and staff of nursing home/long-term-care facilities.
Who Gets the Vaccine Now?
Phase 1A (Population: 249,000)
Phase 1B, Tier 1 (Population: 640,000)
