Schedule your COVID-19 Test

January 5, 2021

Dear Tulane Employees,

All Tulane employees – including those who are working remotely – are required to complete a return-to-campus test and participate in ongoing surveillance testing throughout the spring semester. If you haven’t already, schedule your test immediately.

Schedule Today

You should have received an email on Dec. 18 with scheduling instructions and your personalized QR code, or you can schedule through the Tulane Patient Portal.

If you have any questions or you need an additional code, email CHTestResults@tulane.edu.

Increased Testing Frequency

To further protect our community, we are increasing the frequency of employee testing for the spring semester. Following return testing, employees will be tested every other week (twice per month). Schedule your test immediately after receiving the email notice from lablynx to maintain this schedule going forward.

For Employees who have previously tested positive for COVID-19

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please refer to the following guidelines:

Employees who tested positive for COVID-19 prior to Oct. 1, 2020

  • Follow the return-to-campus testing protocol as stated above and the regularly scheduled surveillance testing throughout the semester.

Employees who tested positive for COVID-19 on or after Oct. 1, 2020

  • Will not be required to complete a return to campus COVID-19 test or required to participate in the surveillance testing until directed to do so by Campus Health.
  • Those who tested positive outside of the Tulane Testing Program are required to submit documentation through the COVID-19 Reporting Form.
