The Tulane School of Social Work partners with numerous community organizations to offer its students community outreach opportunities along with public lectures and even community education efforts. Below is a listing of upcoming events both at TSSW as well as in the community that focus or address a social need or offer a social service or learning opportunity.

Annual TSSW Admissions Open House Tulane Social Work Building, Room 103
The Tulane School of Social Work will host an Open House on Saturday, March 15 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Room 103 at the school. The School of Social Work (Building No. 9) is the fifth building on the left side of Tulane's Uptown Campus between St. Charles Ave. and Freret. Click here for a campus map.
Tulane faculty, staff, current students and alumni will be on hand to answer questions about the program. There will be a formal introduction by Dean Ron Marks and the TSSW faculty, so be sure to try to make it if you can. Potential students and community members are encouraged to attend to find out exactly what the school has to offer for both soon-to-be-graduates and working professionals. Information will be available about the following programs:
This is an informal event, but there will be an introduction of TSSW staff and faculty at 9:30 a.m. Following the introduction, current students, faculty and staff will be available to sit down with students to answer any questions one-on-one. At 10:30 a.m., current SGA members will lead a campus tour for any and all interested.
