Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)
A cohort of 30 faculty and staff to include representation from all schools, centers, and shared services departments.
- Program participants can apply or be nominated by their supervisor or by another leader
- Selection process will include a review of nominee's performance and diversity focus
- Participants will receive coaching support
- The selection process is competitive, and not all applicants will be accepted
Anti-Racism Leadership Program (ARLP)
A cohort of 30 faculty and staff to include representation from all schools, centers, and shared services departments.
- Program participants are welcomed to apply with support of supervisor
- Designed around The Racial Healing Handbook and other anti-racism readings
- Selection process will include attention to future leadership
- Participants will receive anti-racism coaching support for addressing anti-racism leadership in their organizational unit
- The selection process is competitive, and not all applicants will be accepted
