The Healthy Campus Guide for Making Smart Food Choices was a project of the Healthy Tulane Coalition. The coalition worked with partners from theWELL, TUWellness, Dining Services, Sodexo, University Services, and the Center for Culinary Medicine to gather information on the preferred dining locations and options of Tulane students and employees.
While the first version of the dining guide focuses mainly on Uptown options, the guidelines can be used almost anywhere. There is also information for preparing meals at home. The guide even includes a "Choose THIS, NOT THAT!" section that gives readers a wide range of choices for preparing or ordering meals.
