Can you intentionally design a product that is cool? What makes products cool? In this talk, Karen Holtzblatt describes the implications for the requirements and design process and the move from design for features, to design for task and now to design for life.

New Orleans Mini Maker Faire


New Orleans Mini Maker Faire is a fun, casual day of exploration, learning, and spectacle.  The Tulane MakerSpace is a cooperating partner in this year's Mini Maker Faire.  Children are welcome.   Makers will be located both inside and outside of the Delgado Student Life Center, and the show will go on rain or shine. Also, you may encounter and make things involving robots, bubbles, soldering irons, LED lights, sewing, water balloons and more!   Free for Tulane students with ID.
