W-2's

Click here for instructions to enroll online with ADP to receive your electronic W-2 when it becomes available in January of 2013.

W-2 forms are documents reporting wages paid and taxes withheld during a calendar year.  

Last fall, as part of our paperless initiatives, we announced that you would be able to receive your 2012 W-2s online by enrolling with our contracted vendor, ADP.  This secure system allows university employees faster access to these important tax documents.  The deadline to enroll online for this service was December 31, 2012. 

If you enrolled with ADP prior to December 31, 2012, you will be notified by e-mail when W-2s become available in January 2013.

If you did not sign up to receive your W-2 electronically you will receive a paper W-2 for tax year 2012. The paper W-2 will be mailed to your home address.  To update your home address please click here. W-2s will be mailed on or before January 31st.

Re-Print requests for the previous year are honored after March 1st of the current year. Re-print requests for two or more years past are accepted at any time during the year.
