All faculty, staff, and student employees must sign up for direct deposit to receive their paychecks. The completed Direct Deposit Authorization Form along with a voided check may be faxed to (504) 865-6727 or mailed to the Payroll Office at 200 Broadway Street, Suite 218, New Orleans, LA 70118.
Direct Deposit is:
Employees can deposit their net pay into their personal checking and/or savings account with any bank of their choice as long as their bank is a participating member of the National Automated Chearing House Association (NACHA).
If an employee changes banks or account numbers, the employee must immediately submit a completed direct deposit form to Payroll Office. If an employee fails to notify the Payroll Office in a timely manner when a previously designated direct deposit account closes, all funds previously submitted to the closed bank account will not be reissued to employee until such funds are returned to the University. This process may take 3 - 5 business days.
