Reduction in Force

From time to time, the University may have to reduce the number of staff positions. 

If your position is eliminated, you will be provided with a minimum of 30 days written notice and you will be eligible to apply for positions for which you are qualified.

If you are rehired within 1 year of the effective date of your termination of employment, you will be eligible to accrue vacation at the rate which you accrued during your former employment.
