Overtime

If you are a non-exempt, full-time employee normally scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week, the University will pay you overtime for hours worked in excess of 37.5 hours in a single work week at l.5 times your regular rate of pay. 

If you are a non-exempt, full-time employee normally scheduled to work 40 hours per week, the University will pay you overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a single work week at l.5 times your regular rate of pay.  

Only actual hours worked count towards overtime; vacation, sick, bereavement, etc. does not count as hours worked.

All actual hours worked must be recorded in the Kronos timekeeping system.
