Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offered through Horizon Health

The University recognizes that employees who experience personal and workplace problems may need professional assistance, which is why the University contracts with an outside vendor to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Our EAP, provided by Horizon Health, offers solutions for living well at home and at work.  Horizon’s counselors provide confidential support for a variety of concerns, from coping with stress to information and support on financial issues, child care, legal issues, relationships, and other life challenges.  Their goal is to help you live a happier, more fulfilling life – today and every day.

In addition to professional telephonic support, Horizon Health’s interactive website provides you with immediate access to:

  • Thousands of informative articles and videos
  • Live and archived webinars
  • Self-searches for providers and services
  • Health tools, quizzes, and assessments

These services are available to you and your household members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, free of charge, and are completely confidential.   Reach Horizon professionals by telephone 24/7 at 1-888-293-6948, or visit the website at www.horizoncarelink.com (login: Tulane, password: eap).
