Tuition Programs at Tulane University

Tulane University offers full-time employees and their family members the opportunity to continue their education.  Faculty members do not have a waiting period. Staff members have a waiting period for themselves and their family members.  You can read more regarding the policy and a summary of the program by selecting one of the links below.

Each semester, eligible employees and their eligible family members (spouse, same gender domestic partner, and/or dependents) may receive exemption from the payment of tuition by completing the Tuition Waiver Form online.  The waiver cannot be applied to University fees.

Tuition Exchange Program – at participating institutions

Tulane University participates in a Tuition Exchange Program with over 500 other schools for undergraduate dependent children's study. Tulane's continued participation in this program depends upon maintenance of an overall balance between the number of students offered Tuition Exchange at Tulane and the number of Tulane dependents who receive Tuition Exchange scholarships at other schools. Because of the necessity of maintaining this balance, Tuition Exchange is not a guaranteed benefit.

If you have questions regarding the Tuition Exchange Program, please contact the Office of Financial Aid at (504) 865-5723.
