Tuition Waiver for Spring 2012

WHAT IS HAPPENING? --- The Tulane Spring Tuition Waiver Form is now available until Friday, February 17, 2012.
 
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
You have a limited amount of time to file for Spring Tuition Waiver. 
Eligible employees should complete a Tuition Waiver Form for themselves or their dependents for the
Spring 2012 semester at the following link:   https://bpm.tulane.edu

You will need to login to the application with your email username and password.
Once logged in look for the folder box at the top left (third box at the top) and it will take you to the Tuition Waiver application form.  Look for your confirmation email from:  bpm@tulane.edu or you can logon to Gibson online to check the status of your waiver.

The deadline for filing is Friday, February 17, 2012; Spring Tuition Waiver will not be granted after this date. 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUBMIT FOR DEPENDENTS?
Attach a copy of your most recent Federal Income Tax Return indicating that the student was claimed as a dependent.  You may blackout all financial information and Social Security Numbers.  Please do not include schedules and supporting forms.
