My Paycheck & More

Although most of the University receives their pay via direct deposit, we still print paper check advices (pay stubs). Current and previous checks dating back two years are available online for viewing and printing using “My Paycheck & More” at Gibson Online. You can expect to stop receiving paper pay stubs January 1, 2013.

W-2s Online

Workforce Management is working with ADP to make W-2s available online rather than through the traditional paper method. This secure system will allow university employees faster access to these important tax documents. You will be notified by email when your W-2s become available in January 2013.

Actions to Take

In preparation for these two new features, we ask that you:

1. Update your address and/or contact information by logging on to Gibson Online. Click here for instructions. 
2. Enroll online with ADP to receive your electronic W-2 when it becomes available in January of 2013. Click here for instructions.  The deadline to enroll with ADP is December 31st, 2012.
