The Mail Services Move Out Procedures and Guide

Student mailbox holders must complete the following procedures to ensure a smooth end of semester transition.

For summer forwarding and fall mailbox renewals students must complete the appropriate form:
Summer Forwarding and Fall Mailbox Renewal Forms.

Key Returns

Key envelopes will be distributed to student mailboxes the week of April 29th. All Keys must be returned before students leave for summer break. Failure to return mailbox keys will result in a $60 non-refundable charge.

Mail Forwarding

Please complete a Summer Mail Forwarding and Fall Mailbox Renewal Form

Summer mail Forwarding will begin the week of May 20. Students are reminded that only USPS mail can be forwarded. Students are also asked to update their current address with online retailers to prevent sending purchases to their Tulane mailbox in error.
