Tulane University Dining Services creates a complete dining experience, with flexible meal plans and fresh, well-prepared food in a comfortable dining atmosphere. Our certified executive chef and his culinary staff cater to the tastes of Tulane’s diverse student body while designing menus that incorporate the rich culinary traditions of New Orleans and Louisiana.

To meet the ever-changing dining needs and interests of the Tulane community, Dining Services employs customer satisfaction surveys, town hall meetings, focus groups, and comment boards and a Dining Services Advisory Group for feedback and suggestions.

Important Announcement Regarding Meal Plans

In light of recent legislation passed in the state of Louisiana, all meal plan transactions, including purchase of Wavebuck$ and new plans, will be assessed a charge for state taxes. Beginning April 1, all meal plan transactions will be taxed 5%. On July 1, that tax decreases to 3%. For more information regarding how this tax will affect your payments, please click here.
