Tutoring Center

The purpose of the Tutoring Center is to provide Tulane students with the opportunity to achieve academic success with the support and encouragement of peer tutors. We invite students to utilize the Center to enhance their achievement and improve the quality of their education. The Tutoring Center works hard to develop the leadership skills of its tutors by training them to offer excellent tutelage in a variety of different subject areas.

Qualifications of Tutors

All tutors are recommended by university professors and have passed qualifying examinations. Tutors are graduate and undergraduate students who have excelled in academics with a minimum 3.25 grade point average.  All tutors must have passed the course to be tutored with a minimum grade of A-.
