Stack Overflow is probably the absolute best question and answer site for programmers  in the entire inter-web right now.   It features questions and answers  on a wide range of topics in computer programming and is very useful when you have a question to ask.

What  if you're not sure what your question is?  The developers of the StackTrace app found that there was as much value in the questions you haven't  thought to ask yet as there are in the questions you immediately have.    Programmer Budd Hirons says, “I use the StackTrace app to read stack  overflow daily right now.”
