Software Applications Services is responsible for information systems development and core administrative information systems support for Tulane University enterprise-wide corporate systems. Our project teams collaborate with all aspects of Technology Services and each of the functional administrative offices in order to ensure creative, specialized, and effective application development, support and on-going innovation of the University’s administrative systems. These mission-critical systems are developed and supported in collaboration with our functional administrative offices in order to facilitate communication and business process decision support. Consistent and continuous change management, system monitoring, problem notification and problem management procedures ensure system reliability, data integrity, and high availability of all application systems.These systems are categorized into the following main application areas:
