UPDATE: the Box authentication issue has been resolved. All Box users should now be able to log into their accounts normally.
Some Tulane Box users are not able to log into their Box accounts at this time. This is specifically affecting Box accounts associated with Tulane departmental accounts as well as any non-faculty or non-staff person (primarily students) who was granted a Tulane Box enterprise account. This will also affect any Tulane Box user NOT part of the Tulane Box enterprise group that use their @tulane.edu address as their Box account name.
Box has been notified and they are working to resolve.
