Tulane network servers and equipment require periodic maintenance and upgrades. Our goal is to minimize the downtime of Tulane networks while optimizing system performance. To achieve this goal, Technology Services requires a regular maintenance window.
Because we have identified Sunday mornings as the time period with the least network activity, Technology Services reserves 6 a.m. to noon on Sundays for systems maintenance. Please be prepared for our systems to be unavailable during that time window. From time to time, we will require additional time to maintain and upgrade systems. We know our customers depend on these systems – our goal is to notify customers with adequate time to prepare for system outages.
