On Sunday, February 23, 8am to 9am EBS, including TAMS and HCM, will be unavailable due to system maintenance.
Datastore will be down for at least 24 hours as we continue to recover from the damage caused by the power outage in our Data Center. We will post a projection for when Datastore will be back online as soon as we are able.
Datastore is back online and functioning normally.
Sunday, February 23, 7am to 1pm – Cognos reporting sourced from Banner will be unavailable due to Banner system maintenance.
Sunday, February 23, 2pm to 5pm – Cognos reporting sourced from the ODS will be down due to Banner system maintenance.
Blackboard Transact, which regulates many Splash Card services, will be serviced Saturday, February 22nd, from 4:00am to 6:00am.
During this time, the following features will be unavailable:
- Nola Bucks transactions at off campus locations.
- Card deposits within Gibson Online (eCard / eAccounts)
- Vending machine purchases with Splash Money
Other systems will run in offline mode, with users having the same privileges as normal and should not see a noticeable change:
- Door swipe access
- Register Systems
Printing Services: Pharos printers will continue to accept print requests and charges will be cached and reconciled when the system is restored.
