To perform the upgrade, the site will be unavailable from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM that day.

The upgrade will provide a new faster server with more storage to replace the current 4-year old server and the latest version of the Xythos file sharing software. Due to the magnitude of this upgrade, there will be extensive changes to the interface and feature set. The new interface will have online help available to provide users with info about using the new version.

The root of the problem was that the call center was surprisingly understaffed to handle all client requests. Presidium responded by adding multiple dedicated staff to our account. On Friday, the wait time when calling 862-8888 (x8888) for assistance was reduced from upwards of 15 minutes to an average of 4 minutes per call.
