Sexual misconduct is defined as nonconsensual sexual behavior which may occur as a result of force, threat, intimidation, or through the use of the victim's mental or physical helplessness of which the accused was aware or should have been aware.
A student found to have committed sexual misconduct likely will be suspended or expelled, or have his/her admission or degree revoked, for the first offense.
