Sexual Assault

University Policy

Sexual misconduct is defined as nonconsensual sexual behavior which may occur as a result of force, threat, intimidation, or through the use of the victim's mental or physical helplessness of which the accused was aware or should have been aware.

A student found to have committed sexual misconduct likely will be suspended or expelled, or have his/her admission or degree revoked, for the first offense.

Information regarding the student conduct hearing process and policies and procedures can be found through the Office of Student Conduct. To find out more about the Student Code of Conduct, click here.
