A Note on Confidentiality


Reporting Options

As a student at Tulane you have several options in which to report dating violence. We HIGHLY recommend reporting any incident of dating violence to the Office of Violence Prevention and Support Services (504) 314-2161. If you report to our office we will first discuss your options and help you determine the best course of action to assure your safety and refer you to appropriate professional resources. We can recommend safety options and provide you with referral information for counseling support and advocacy. Your safety is the highest priority. If you are in danger and on campus, immediately call the Tulane University Police Department (TUPD) at (504) 865-5911. If off campus, call the New Orleans Police Department at 911.
