Welcome to University Services
Let University Services be your guide to campus life outside the classroom. You can set up a meal plan, check dining menus and hours, reserve textbooks at Barnes & Noble Bookstore, find shuttle bus routes and times, schedule a ride on Airport Shuttle, upload documents to print at FedEx Office, open a checking account at Whitney Bank, and so much more!
Parents and families can also use University Services to purchase gift cards, add dollars to the Splash Card, get hotel and rental car information for their next visit to New Orleans or help their student navigate and explore the area with vendors such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car/WeCar.
University Services collaborates with its partners to blend their expertise with the flavors and culture of our region in order to enrich your campus experience. Through the delivery of convenient, quality goods and services, we create an environment that encourages academic success, fosters community, and broadens the learning experiences at Tulane.
We are always exploring the marketplace for new services, opportunities or ideas to enhance your experience and meet the ever-changing needs and interests of the Tulane community. We rely on surveys, town hall meetings, focus groups, comment boards and advisory groups for feedback and we welcome your emails, phone calls and office visits as well!
