Process of Care

The Process of Care is a collaborative effort to identify students facing any type of struggles, tracking these issues and the resulting follow-up from various constituents on campus, and identifying students who may benefit from additional support or resources. By using a community approach to foster the well-being of every member of the Tulane University community, we collectively build a strong, healthy and supportive environment.

The offices involved in the Process of Care include:

Information is provided to the Process of Care team through the following avenues:

  • 24 hour / 7 day a week Student Affairs Professional On Call (SAPOC)
  • Tulane Police calls for service / Tulane EMS
  • Academic Advising / Academic Alert system
  • Online Concerns Reporting form
  • Individual faculty, staff and student interactions
