Student Organization Resources

Student Organization E-mail, MyTulane and Web Accounts

  • All e-mail, Web and MyTulane accounts are bound by University policies, particularly the policy on use of computers and networks.
  • All organizations must register with Student Programs at the beginning of the fall semester in order to maintain their accounts. If you have not registered, or if your organization leadership has changed, contact Tel François Bailliet.
  • Only recognized or provisional organizations may have Web space, MyTulane accounts or e-mail accounts. To request an e-mail account and/or Web space for your organization, use this form.
  • To manage listservs you already own, use this website. To request a new listserv for your organization, you will need more than 120 subscribers. Contact Tel François Bailliet for more information.
  • For questions about your organization's MyTulane groups, contact Tel François Bailliet.

Student Organization Mail

  • Recognized and registered student organizations are assigned a mailbox in the Student Organization Center in the LBC as space allows.
  • Organizations must check their mail weekly and arrange for mail to be picked up during breaks.
  • Any purchases, equipment or mail that won't fit in the mailboxes can be picked up at the Student Organization Center front desk.
