• Session 2: Tuesday, June 4 - Wednesday, June 5 CLOSED
• Session 3: Friday, June 7 - Saturday, June 8
  
• Session 4: Monday, June 10 - Tuesday, June 11
  
• Session 5: Thursday, June 13 - Friday, June 14
  
• Session 6: Wednesday, June 19 - Thursday, June 20
  
• Session 7: Saturday, June 22 - Sunday, June 23
  
• Session 8: Wednesday, June 26 - Thursday, June 27
  
• Session 9: Saturday, June 29 - Sunday, June 30
  

*All Sessions begin on Day 1 at 1:30 PM and end on Day 2 by 4:00 PM.

Student Fee: $165.00

• Includes 3 meals (dinner, breakfast and lunch), guidebook, lodging and evening entertainment off-campus with transportation.

Parent (or Family Member) Fee: $60.00

• Includes 2 meals (dinner, lunch and snack break), guide, presentation materials and parents-only dessert social

Additional Parent (or Family Member): $60.00 per person

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel an existing reservation, log in to the Gibson online portal and select the link to the New Student Orientation reservation system. Use the "Send a Message" tab at the top right portion of the screen to send a cancellation notice. Alternatively, you may email us at orientation@tulane.edu. Please enter “NSO Cancellation” and the student’s name in the subject line.
 
Cancellation requests received by Monday, May 27, 2013, 11:59 PM CDT will be refunded in full. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all requests received after 12:00 AM CDT Tuesday, May 23, 2013. There will be no refunds issued for no-shows.
 
If your request is made by the deadline, we will request a credit to the card used to make the payment. Allow 14 days for processing since processing times vary by banks and credit card companies.
