Room Reservations and Event Planning

The LBC has recently updated its reservation policies, rates, and documents. Please click the links below to read the most up-to-date information.

The Reservations and Administration Office is located in Suite 218 in the LBC and is the primary contact for questions concerning meeting and conference reservations. This office assists customers in scheduling and planning for events using the facilities in the Lavin-Bernick Center, McAlister Auditorium, Myra Clare Rogers Memorial Chapel, and the table tent, booth and banner spaces in the LBC. The event planning service includes generating room reservations and providing technical and custodian support, setup, and security for events. Olive Blue Catering has exclusive catering rights in the LBC. No outside caterer will be allowed in the LBC; student organizations and campus departments are allowed to bring in their own food or food from restaurants and grocery stores with permission from Olive Blue (and are responsible for food clean up).
