Theme Housing Options

There are a variety of housing options that provide students with a unique educational experience within the residence hall environment. Several theme halls are available including:

First Year Themed Communities 2012-2013

Wall Residential College

Wall Residential College is unique among Tulane's residential facilities because it is Tulane's only entirely mixed class residence hall, from first years to seniors. It is also home to a faculty member and his family. This Professor in Residence helps residents to become more engaged in the intellectual and social activities at the University.

Monroe Multicultural 5th Floor ("MO 5")

As a community, MO 5 promotes the value of understanding social differences on and off campus as necessary to building an inclusive atmosphere fostering academic excellence and personal growth. Future residents can anticipate a socially just living and learning community based on mutual respect regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sex, age, class, sexual orientation, religious preference, ability/disability and/or international status.

January 19th—Open House/Info Session at Mayer Residences, Wall RC, Weatherhead Hall, and Leadership Village 5pm-7pm January 26th—Open House/Info Session at Mayer Residences, Wall RC, Weatherhead Hall, and Leadership Village 5pm-7pm February 6th—Applications are due 5pm February 22nd—Decision letters are sent for all communities February 24th—Appeals due February 29th—Intent to Accept/Decline offers due 5pm
