A variety of forms, policies and resources are listed below. These policies govern fraternity/sorority activities and events, both on and off-campus. Everything referenced here assists students and organizations in event planning, programming, and day to day chapter operations and management. These resources may be useful in the education of chapter members, training and leadership transition. If you have questions about any of the documents, please contact the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Programs (OFSP).
For events with alcohol, both the event with alcohol registration form and the alcohol addendum (unless the event is held at a preferred vendor location) must be submitted at least three weeks in advance. Once the event is approved by the OFSP, guest lists and invitations must be submitted for final approval. It is strongly encouraged that the social chair and/or chapter president meet with the OFSP prior to submitting the paperwork to discuss the event, the necessary documents, and any special needs for your event.
