For Tulane Students with Disabilities

Whether you’re currently enrolled, a prospective Tulanian, or just interested in some basic information about disability services and how it works, you’ve come to the right place!

Here are steps for completing the registration process:

  1. Complete the "Request for Accommodations" Form.
  2. Read and sign the "Confidentiality Statement."
  3. Submit the Request for Accommodations Form and the Confidentiality Statement to our office via e-mail, fax, or mail.
  4. Submit documentation of your disability (see "Documentation Guidelines" for more information).
  5. ODS Staff will contact you for an intake meeting to discuss your requests and approved accommodations.
  6. If necessary, you will be connected with other ODS Staff who will assist with your specific accommodations needs.

After you have been approved for accommodations, our ODS Staff will explain how to activate and access your specific accommodations.
