Course Enrollment Override Form

If either of the following reasons is blocking you from enrolling in a course, see the instructor first:

• You don't have the necessary prerequisites for a class or
• It is an honor's course, but you are not in the honor's program

If neither of these applies to you, but a class is closed to you for one of the following reasons, please fill out the form below:

• The course is closed to further enrollment
• Professor's permission is required
• Your college has enrollment restrictions

After filling out the form, we will consider your request and contact you when we have made a decision. Please note that filling out the form does not guarantee that we can satisfy your request.
