Geology major, Krystal Pennuto (Tulane '11), traveled to Ireland for the James Madison University field course in the summer of 2010.
EENS 3990 – Geology Field Camp is the capstone course for the Geology major.
EENS 3980 – Environmental Field Study is a capstone course for the EENS track of the Environmental Science major.
Alternatively, Environmental Science majors may elect to complete a faculty-supervised, senior research project and receive credit for EENS 4950 – Environmental Science Research, complete an
Honors Thesis, or enroll in EENS 4940 - Environmental Science Capstone Course.
Students electing the field camp option for either major must receive approval from the undergraduate advisor in their respective majors prior to enrolling in a given field camp. An official transcript for the course must be sent to the EENS department by the sponsoring institution.
