About the Program

Thank you for your interest in the graduate program in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Tulane Univeristy. The central goal of the program is to offer students a hig level of education in addition to the opportunity to perform diverse and interdisciplinary research under the close mentorship of our faculty members.

The department consists of 10 active research faculty members with unique backgrounds and research interests ranging from statistical mechanics and thermodynamics to cellular engineering. Our graduate students come from around the world including India, China, Germany, Colombia and the USA. The relatively small size of the department allows for individualized attention to the progress of each student leading to a personalized experience here at Tulane.

Tulane University offers many incentives to their graduate students including fellowship and research assistantships, generous stipends, tuition fees, and subsidized health insurance.
