Our Mission
The Center is dedicated to improving the health of our New Orleans neighbors by providing high-quality, accessible, community-centric care.
Who We Serve
The Center provides health services to all, regardless of insurance status. We accept most private insurance plans, Medicaid and Medicare. We are located at 711 N. Broad St., New Orleans, at the corner of N. Broad and Orleans Ave. Call (504) 988-3000 for an appointment.
What We Do
We offer comprehensive primary care, connecting each patient with his or her own regular health care provider. The Center becomes a patient's Medical Home, which means we take care of the "whole patient." We treat our patients' current symptoms and partner with them to manage chronic conditions like diabetes, COPD, arthritis, high blood pressure, obesity, and many others. We help coordinate patients' care with specialty doctors, so patient information and test results are reliably communicated resulting in higher quality care and better outcomes.
