For 175 years, Tulane School of Medicine has been a leader in medical education and healthcare.
The Tulane Center for Advanced Medical Simulation and Team Training once again puts Tulane at the forefront of the healthcare industry. The Center incorporates high-fidelity simulation equipment and modern education techniques to provide skills-based and team training for healthcare professionals at all levels. Fully simulated environments help provide more effective training and ultimately reduce medical error to increase patient safety.
The mission of the Tulane Center for Advanced Medical Simulation and Team Training is to develop training to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare, improve education, reduce medical error to improve patient safety, allow for multidisciplinary research, provide an environment for healthcare development and set a standard for national education, training and certification.
