As the Family Medicine Department's quality cluster leader Dr. Edwin Dennard is leading the way in instituting projects that will ensure an improvement in patient safety and satisfaction at the Tulane Health Center at Uptown Square. These projects include an Adult Personal History form that allows the clinic to more accurately track their patient's medical background, as well as a prevention flow sheet that will allow physicians to track a patient's behaviors that may impact their health.
