Tulane offers exceptional capabilities and expertise in every area of dermatology - from the treatment of common skin conditions such as acne, dermatitis, psoriasis, vitiligo or alopecia to the more complex laser surgeries and cancer therapies.   • CO2 Laser Surgery for the removal of recalcitrant moles, warts, keloids and tattoos
