Hooding for Graduation

Policy Regarding Hooding:

Sr. Class Sponsor for the 2013 Graduation is Dr. Karen B. DeSalvo
Graduates may have someone besides the class sponsor to hood them. However, the hooder must have a doctoral degree.
Graduates may have ONLY ONE hooder. The hooder must wear graduation regalia.

Deadline for entering hooder information and ordering hooder regalia is Friday, March 29, 2013.
NO EXCEPTIONS

Regalia for students and hooders will be available for pick-up at the Tulane Bookstore, 1430 Tulane Avenue, starting Monday, May 6, 2013.

Deadline for picking-up regalia is Friday, May 17, 2013. Bookstore hours are 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

There will be a Tulane Bookstore Representative at the Medial School Graduation to collect your Regalia. Otherwise, all Regalia must be returned to the Tulane University School of Medicine Bookstore by May 22, 2013.
