Our goal is to make your surgical experience at the Tulane Hernia Center as easy as possible. Our Center participates in Workers Compensation, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, CIGNA and most other insurance plans as well as Medicare and Medicaid; if we are not identified in your insurer's plan you may be able to be seen out-of-network. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine the benefits that are available to you.

If your insurer requires pre-authorization or a referral from your primary care physician our Patient Concierge can assist you in acquiring that approval.
