Tulane Pediatrics ranks among the top third of US medical school Pediatric departments in NIH funding.
Ongoing research projects are in diverse areas including kidney development and molecular genetics, hypertension, retroviral/HIV and other infectious diseases, inflammatory bowel disease and colon cancer, congenital heart disease, and lysosomal storage diseases.
