We ONLY accept  applications through ERAS.

•  CV and personal statement.
•  Three letters of recommendation.
•  Pass USMLE Step I and Step II. No more than three attempts.
•  Transcript from Medical School.
•  Letter of recommendation from Dean of Medical School.
•  Medical School Graduation 2007 or later.

If foreign medical school graduate:

•   Valid ECFMG certificate.
•   Only sponsor J1-Visa. 
•   No prior US experience required for IMG entry into our Program.
•   Medical School Graduation 2004 or later.

You will be required to procure a Louisiana State Medical Training Permit.
