Welcome to Tulane Otolaryngology
Head and Neck Surgery!
As we enter our 94th year, we have the privilege of
reflecting upon our traditions as well as looking forward to the future. Centered in New Orleans, we serve as a vital resource providing otolaryngology care for both public and private patients. Our downtown campus, as well as our historic affiliations with the Ochsner Clinic, Charity Hospital, Touro Infirmary and the Veterans Administration Hospital, has provided the framework for outstanding resident educational experience.
Five years after Hurricane Katrina, we continue to be an integral part of rebuilding New Orleans. We have reopened our public clinics at Charity Hospital and remain dedicated to serving our community at need. Active collaboration with the Tulane School of Public Health and all of our affiliated sites will allow our team to design effective treatment algorithms that will serve all of our patient populations.
Our challenges at a local and national level are great. The solutions are waiting to be discovered. It is my goal to have this department play an integral part in the rational reshaping of our health care system. We look forward to working with those who dare to take this challenge.
