Do I need to do anything special to prepare for my visit?

If you typically wear contact lenses, please bring a case to put them in during your eye exam or wear your prescription glasses.

What should I bring to my appointment?

An updated list of your medications including:

• Name of the medication
• Dose in milligrams
• How often per day you take them
• Please bring any other medical records or health information documenting major medical eye evaluations or surgery.
