Parking

Reserved parking is available for patients on the third floor of the Saratoga Parking Garage. Patients are asked to please present their parking ticket at the reception desk for validation.

Pharmacy

Walgreens is located on the 2nd floor of the Aron Pavilion between Greenberry’s Coffee and Patient Relations. This in-house Walgreens branch caters to the specific needs of the oncology population, carrying oral chemotherapy agents, antiemetics, specialty drugs and hard to find pain medications. Hours: Monday – Friday: 9 am - 6 pm.

Food and Beverage

Vending machines are located just outside the Cancer Clinic, by the Saratoga Parking Garage elevators.

Tulane Café and WOW Wingery are located on the 1st Floor of the Reily Pavilion. Greenberry’s Coffee and Tea is located on the 2nd Floor of the Aron Pavillion.

Tulane Cafe:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 10am and 11am - 2pm

WOW Wingery:
Monday - Friday: 11am - 8pm
Saturdays: 11am - 7pm
Sundays: Closed

Greenberry's:
Monday - Friday: 6am - 8pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 6am - 6pm

There is also a Subway located across Saratoga Street from the valet entrance of the main hospital.

Gift Shop

Located on the 2nd floor of the hospital in the Aron Pavilion, the Gift Shop provides coffee, magazines, snacks, gifts, flowers etc. Open M- Th 8:30am – 8 pm, F 8:30am – 6pm, Sat. 9am – 4pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm.

Chapel

The Eason Chapel is located on the first floor of the Aron Pavilion which is always open to patients and visitors for prayer and meditation.

Should you desire spiritual counsel, patient relations can assist you with contacting your local clergyperson or make arrangements for clergy if you are from out of town. Patient Relations can be reached at 504-988-5934.

Eucharistic ministers are available to provide communion upon request Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:30am – 11:30am.

Lodging

Deming PavilionDeming Guest Housing

The Deming Pavilion is attached to the hospital via skywalk. These smoke-free rooms are available to patient families. All rooms are outfitted with a television, telephone, Internet connection, Kitchenette (refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker) and full bath. Sitting rooms are available in the one and two bedroom units. No maid service or room service is provided.

To request a reservation please fill out the request form. A patient relations staff member will phone you to confirm your reservation with in 24 hrs, or the next business day.

Patrick F. Taylor Hope LodgePatrick F. Taylor Hope Lodge

Operated by the American Cancer Society, this is a unique “home away from home” for those in need of no-cost housing during their cancer treatment.  Guests are accepted on a first come, first serve basis through physician, social worker or nurse referral.  Speak with a member of your medical team to get started.

Ronald McDonald House

For patients 18 years and under who are coming from 25 miles or more for treatment in New Orleans, low-cost accommodations are available at the Ronald McDonald House.  Reservations can be made through a referral from the medial team.  For more information please visit:
