One-on-one computer coaching in the Brinton Family Health & Healing Center's Patient Library makes mastering the computer fun for both students and coaches. Classes use a curriculum specially designed for our computer literacy students and cover topics like computer basics, setting up an e-mail account, typing, and resume building.
Participants learn how to sneak kale, a healthy vegetable, into a sweet and refreshing fruit smoothie. Cooking demonstrations show us how to tweak our favorite foods to make them better for our bodies. Yum!
