Desktop Support

Data Systems staff installs, configure, connect, maintain, troubleshoot and/or repair computers and peripherals (PDAs, Printers, etc). 

Examples of Support include:
     •   Trouble-shoot and Remediate problems.
     •   Install/Repair software (Windows/Macintosh Operating System and Standard Applications).
     •   Install/Repair hardware (Desktop PCs, Laptops and PDAs).
     •   Network connectivity.
     •   Recommendations for hardware and software purchases.
